**Johan Jerlvall**, Technical Service Manager at Billerud, located at the Skärblacka mill in Sweden. Johan has extensive knowledge in paper converting, lean management and process engineering, and he is technical responsible for Flexible Packaging and Interleaving papers.

**Markus Saari**, Business Development Manager at Billerud, located in Finland. Markus has long experience from paper production and packaging development projects together with end-users, brand owners and converters around the world.
